1. Working environment
The horizontal machining center should be installed in a place without seismic sources, direct sunlight, thermal convection and humidity. If the anti-seismic groove is not set, the production and processing accuracy and reputation of the machining center will be damaged immediately. In the long run, it will damage the poor contact of electronic components, cause common problems, and damage the reputation of the machining center.
2. Working current and voltage
The horizontal machining center is generally installed on the production line. There are many machinery and equipment on the production line, which will inevitably lead to large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the working standard voltage and current of the power transformer must be strictly controlled at the installation location of the machining center, and the working standard voltage and current of the power transformer must be controlled within the allowable range of the machining center. Otherwise, the normal operation of the machining center will be seriously endangered immediately.
3. Temperature and humidity
Generally, the machining center can work normally in the geographical environment below 30℃. Generally, the power distribution boxes of machining centers are equipped with exhaust fans and cooling fans to ensure that electronic components and central processing units work under temperature control. If the temperature and relative humidity of the air are too high, the service life of the electronic components in the fully automatic control system will be reduced, resulting in the unreasonable improvement of common problems in the machining center. If the relative humidity of the air increases, dust will rise on the integrated circuit chip processing chips, which will immediately lead to the common problems of poor contacts and short circuit failures.
4. Equipment parameters
When using the horizontal machining center, consumers cannot change the original main parameters of the CNC lathe at will, because these original main parameters are related to the dynamic characteristics of each prefabricated part of the machining center. If you need to change the system and restore the basic parameters, you should contact the manufacturer during the operation, and change the original main parameters under the guidance of the manufacturer's professional technicians.
